15 new trainees start their apprenticeship at SOMIC in Amerang

With 15 apprentices, more apprentices than ever before started their careers at our company headquarters in Amerang on September 1, 2023. We are very pleased to welcome so many dedicated and motivated apprentices to our SOMIC team. The large number of new apprentices shows that SOMIC continues to focus on promoting young talent in order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and to offer junior staff the necessary space for development.

We pride ourselves on creating an inspiring, supportive and educational environment for our apprentices. The area of training has a long tradition at our company. As a result, our new talents benefit holistically from our experience. With our own training workshop as well as numerous benefits such as the weekly English course, we offer the optimal space for the development and promotion of our trainees.
